I had to go check out a printer issue at the Tampa office. It wasn’t anything that I could fix, but it required my attention nonetheless.

Friday afternoon Liz, Jesse (Dean, not Blanco) and I headed over to the USF Sun Dome in Tampa to see the Pixies… live and in concert. Great show… They did all of the hits and some of the not quite hits. Great energy… Kim Deal’s voice is solid and the rest of the band was tight. We were sweaty by the end of the show.

We spent the night at a Holiday Inn not far from USF. Woke up the next morning, chilled out and left for Spring Hill where Liz’s Aunt Mary Katherin and Uncle Rushe (pronounced ROO-shee) were having their 60th wedding anniversary. Lots of really old people that lived through WWII.

On the way back, we drove through the Withlacooche State Forest… which spawned quite a few obvious sexual puns. Liz and I chilled some more and then we went to see the… AWESOMEST. ZOMBIE. MOVIE. EVAR!!! Shaun of the Dead.

Sunday Morning at around 10 am, Jesse (not Blanco), C.J. and Darryl headed back to Tampa for D&D Minis tournament.
